The place to drive your car aggressively and at high speed is on the track.
There are also several high speed open road events each year - one is the Silver State Classic Challenge (www.sscc.us ), but even there they have speed limits depending on class, equipment (cage, etc.), and experience.
Like US Icon says, there's an event at Daytona next month - come on down and let the beast loose in a legal, controlled, and safe place!!
My ZR1 does 180 across the Start/Finish line before braking down for the turn into the infield, but I don't have video from that car.
My Z06 does 175 across the S/F line, and you can see a YouTube video of a couple laps of the Rolex 24 course at Daytona below.

I was once able to do 60 MPH on the Garden State Parkway in New Jersey, but the slow cars in the passing lane were enforcing their own speed limit.

C6 of Year Finalist (performance mods) 2019
Although the NV pic is about a 5 mile straight, there is one stretch of US 50 that is 15 miles dead straight with no side roads, dips, bumps, or other disturbances. I cruised for about 250 miles from Fallon to Ely, between 90-110, except crossing over the couple of mountains, and only passed 5 cars from the opposite direction. They don't call it "The loneliest road" for no reason.

Drifting
Dec 2013 at Daytona I only got up to 140mph on the straight, because my car is lowered all the way down on stock bolts and I was bottoming out/rubbing the inner fender on the banking! So I could only go 115mph in the banked turns before the straight.
If you go to Daytona, keep your ride height high!
