Default to all you garage Queens

ok I couldn't resist it any more and took out the vet today, and im still shaking! I almost forgot how much fun it was to drive, im here in the north east and this winter just sucked. so I took a spin in I80 in nj/pa border and just ruled the road!! banged out at over 100, cuz I wasn't looking at the hud, and just forgot how fast they get up to speed! dropped back down to a nice cruz of 90 where there was no cars around , but did keep my eye on the g/meters not to go over .6 because of the road temps. tomorrow is going to be even nicer weather out!

I took mine out tonight as well. Just ran it down to a car wash, then back home again. I did slide making a turn that never gives me any problems in the warmer weather. Just another gentle reminder that I'm riding on summer tires!

Banged out over 100??? Hope you didn't cross a double line on any curves. The old men don't like that here.

That post was written by a motorcyclist in reference to dangerous oncoming traffic, it had nothing to do with "old men".

anyone who drives their car on a public highway like 80 going over a 100 miles per hour is a real idiot! you may think your cool until you injure or kill an innocent person. no one else on the forum had the ***** to say it so i figure i'll be the first. i see clowns like you all the time on 80 zig zagging around people that have respect for the law. SLOW DOWN!!

Billy, Agree with you. With others on the road one always needs to be cognizant and respectful of them too...!! Although many of us enjoy the "spirited" drive lets also realize that most of the others around us do not....

also in the parsippany area where traffic is quite heavy going up the hill towards exit 35. no wonder some people look at vette owners cross eyed.

thank you! the forum is great to catch up on posts that are interesting and helpful, every once in awhile we get the scatter brains that boast obout their "fast and furious" escapades in their vette. they're the ones that should be driving a "prius"
