**NEW** C6 Wind Deflector for Coupe & Convertible
A simple and inexpensive wind deflector is now available for your C6 convertible or coupe. This clever design raises the air flow over your head approximately 6" higher than it normally is, which is just enough to completely clear the 'halo' on your Corvette coupe and decrease the turbulence at highway speeds.
With the window up, the reduction in turbulence is even more noticeable. Now you can have a casual conversation or reduce the volume of your radio without interruption. This is crafted out of ABS plastic and can be installed in seconds. Simply insert the wind deflector between the windshield frame and the trim panel. Two small fasteners secure it to the window frame using your Corvette's existing holes. When you reach your destination it can be quickly removed for storage.
On Sale:
$89.99

Confirm this attaches using the existing holes the convertible top drops into. The reason I ask is it appears most of the description centers around the coupe.

I am 6'3", I purchased one a couple months ago hoping it would cut down the wind flow, I never wear a hat and my hair is all over the place (convertible Hair), the wind deflector slips right in behind the rubber seal, no forcing. I was presently surprised at how well it works, it keeps the air flow well above my hair, I recommend this for any convertible.

I've had a chance to use mine some the last week, and it's pretty nice. Definitely cuts down on the buffeting at highway speeds with the targa top off. Before even with the windows up and top off, the buffeting in the car above about 60 was pretty bad, with the deflector in it's much better. The only thing I don't like is the securing bolt setup, it's definitely not bad, but it would be nicer if there was some kind of "clip on" attachment versus loose nuts/bolts that go through the holes to secure it.

I was trying to think of some way to have something that was attached to the deflector that would secure it, maybe some kind of flexible "C" clip that would fit in the hole from top and bottom. Or possibly a pin that's attached to the deflector by a flexible strap, then you'd pass the pin through the hole and have a clip/nut/something that it would attach to on the deflector to secure it.

I'm hoping to be a new vert owner in the next couple of weeks. Is this product meant to be used with or instead of the windscreen that attaches behind the seats and looks like it's made of plexiglass? Thank you.

I have both, it in truth I would purchase this one first and see if it reduces the amount of turbulence you desire.
