Default Which Trickle Charger for C6?

Tried a ($25+/-) Craftsman 3 yrs ago for wifes BMW and baked the battery. After major cost of that disaster I ponied up ($90+/-) for official BMW charger and so far trouble free. I looked around Amazon and there are too many options with best choice apparently having to do type of system being supported. Thus, rather than buying a BMW charger for C6 Vette, thought I had better ask the experts. Thanks in advance, Erik in very cold MI.

Battery Tender Plus - usually around $50 (ish) most places, some say $30+ if you shop. Mine has been on almost every day since I got the car 6 years ago with no problems at all.

CTEK 3300, $50 - $70. Same as the official Corvette Battery Protection Package charger.

Many say the Shumacher, for around $20 is good too but I can't say personally.

Yup, what Rick said. I've been using a Battery Tender Plus for six years and it works perfectly. An important feature is that it only charges when the battery needs to be charged; it won't cook the battery by trying to overcharge it.

Ditto here. I have a Battery Tender + on both my Vette and my truck. Both are on whenever the vehicles are in the garage. They work great.
