Joined the c6 club-2011 grand sport with pics!
I have been a c3 guy my whole life (I'm only 21) but my parents have wanted something a little more high tech with the creature comforts and a few weeks ago we pulled the trigger on a 2011 grand sport. The car is immaculate and only has 6600 miles on it. It has kooks headers, catted x pipe, corsa extreme behind that, and a tune but is otherwise stock. It's jetstream blue with the blade silver (I believe) headlights, 3lt, 6 speed, blue tint glass top, and heritage package but we're leaving the stripes off. I'll be in Costa Rica until the end of March, going to school here for a bit, and then we will bring the car home. The owner was nice enough to let us store it in his heated garage until the weather breaks here in upstate NY.
No thread is any good without pics!
You can see my pops in the edge of this one
The only changes I have planned so far is alignment to try and get some life out of the original tires, jetstream blue fuel rail covers, and maybe a different shifter ball

Congratulations and welcome to the C6 club, you will love it. Looks like you found a real sweet car there. As you can tell I love JSB also. Good luck with it..

Thanks all, we're really excited about it. It'll be nice to have a reliable vette that my mom can take out, I was never comfortable letting her take out the older one on her own in case it had issues
