Do I have run flat tires?
I bought my 2011 base 3LT used and I'm trying to confirm that it has all run flat tires. Rears are Goodyear Eagle F1 Supercar EMT, so I believe they are run flat. Front are Goodyear Eagle F1 Asymmetric 2 but have no run flat or EMT marking. Carfax showed tires being replaced, and I noted the different tires, but I assumed it was the rear two but I only eyeballed the tread depth . Could it have come with the Goodyear Eagle F1 Supercar EMT as OEM? Would the Asymmetric 2 have obvious markings if they were run flat?

Now that I know they are not all run flat, I'll be buying 4 new. Two F1 Asymmetric 2 with ~6,000 miles will be up for sale once I get them. I don't imagine the 2 Supercar EMT will be worth much with 30k on them although they seem to have plenty of tread left. Won't be til spring.

A little odd. I assume that your car is either an F55 or Z51 suspension car. I think the base car came
with a different GY, a GS2 EMT. The F1 Eagle Supercar EMTs came on cars with both the Z51 or F55 suspension option.
If your car does not have either of those two option suspensions, then the rear tires can last 30K miles (at least, some CF members have said so), but not with Supercars.
If you DO have one of the option suspensions, then the rear tires have most likely been changed, too. And that's because if those two rear tires are in fact Supercar EMTs, they seldom last 30K miles (I'm not sure I've ever seen anyone say they've gotten that many miles out of them) which would mean they are not original tires, but replacements as well as the two fronts which were never original tires on C6s.
If I had to guess those rear tires have less than 10K miles on them. One way to know is to check their age on the sidewall "oval" that lists the week and year in the last four digits ("1010" would mean manufactured in the tenth week of 2010. (see here: http://www.tirerack.com/tires/tirete...jsp?techid=11&)
Good thinking on your part to get four new tires esp. all runflats.

The date stamp on the rears are 2010. I assume that means 20th week of 2010 (May 17-23). In service date was 7/30/2010. The fronts are 1612 or 16th week of 2012 (April 16-22) and they were installed 3/29/2013. Looks to me that the rears are original.
