I think I'd ask $26k and try to do better than $23k, but I'm the guy that likes to read the ads on here and laugh at all the unrealistic asking prices that result in no feedback since you can't crap in someone's for sale thread.

There are people who don't like mods, but I'd gues most would buy a cleanly modded car over a stock one assuming the prices are the same. 20 youtube videos of you abusing your car scares people off, so get rid of them if you have any. Maybe a dyno run video but that's it.

I see a few 05 Vettes on the East Coast for 25 or so but most of them are 27 and higher. I don't know where people are getting 20k for you car. Most owners aren't giving them away and I've been looking for quite awhile. Depending on what happens with the C7, you may even see a bump in price in the spring. There are C5 out there for the same price. Sounds like the 05 was a one off the way some people explain. That means in 70 years they will be worth more because they will be so rare!

I see and sell cars everyday. I only buy when something is a good deal. I got mine at a crazy price. I am sorry but most of you with your low to even mid 20's are way off. I agree just like I bought this one that there are some selling that low. But in no way will a car like this sell for low 20's. I have people coming in a paying more then that on 02's-07's stock with less options. It depends what someone will pay.

I would never buy a car with a modded motor. But this came along and I jumped all over it.

STANGER383 sold his 05 with heads and cam and got $30,000 and it hangs the front wheels, also the guy who bought it put a supercharger on it

Question asked, answered, and decision made to keep it and run it into the ground
