You are the 7,856,442th C6 owner to have this happen.
Unfortunately, the mirror is not available as a separate part.
Some people buy a new homelink visor for $$$.
Some buy a non-homelink visor for $$ and Velcro the clicker that came with the doors to the bottom of the steering column.
Some remove the bulb from the broken mirror and glue the cover in place.
A few clever souls have been able to repair the hinge, the Advanced Search feature should help you find their stories.

and this is what I did when my cover hinge broke.
I removed the mirror, cut the cover, and installed a back up camera monitor in the cover, then attached the monitor to the sunvisor.
I do have a spare Driver's sunvisor, just in case the monitor experiment went bad.

disconnect the power to the visor, remove the mirrors on both and have the visors covered in leather at an upholstery place. all less than the cost of a single GM replacement which will just break again anyway. plus the interior will look like a high end car should.
