Default beginning and present pic of your car

I bought my car completely stock (zhz package). As far as looks i started with 20% window tint, z06 spyder wheels, black out kit, matte blue vinyl wrap, and my custom license plate. Performance is has a cam, intake, exhaust, and a bigger stall.

I really like that blue wrap; I think I remember seeing it in another post you made. What is the rough cost to have that done? Do panels have to be removed? How is it to maintain? Do you wash it and treat it just as you would paint? Any estimate on lifespan? I'd sure like to see something like that in person.

The total cost was 2K (1200 for the material and 800 for the labor). I had a guy come over to my place and do it by himself. It took him about 20 hours total (he started Friday and finished Monday morning). The only things I removed was my spoiler, taillights, and side marker. Everything else he just worked around. Washing is just like a normal car, just don't use any kind of wax! Im not sure about the life span, i just know this wrap is specifically designed for a car so i would imagine it will last awhile.

Picked up my C6 in November 2004… so the first two pics are from the 'early days'

Fast forward about 8 years as MR BLU today

One item the pics do not show is my Vette was sent to Lingenfelter for a nice engine enhancement

You have me drooling over those carbon fiber seats!! How much better are they than the factory seats? I personally never had an issue with my seats, until i sat in a c7!

Not much on the appearance changes, just the front bumper and Red Calipers, exhaust and some art. Full bolt-ons as well. I am the second owner, the first owner switched out the 5 spoke for the Chrome Spyders which I absolutely love. Thanks for an opportunity to post some pics!

No changes. Keeping it stock. I put so much money into extras on the last one and it didn't add .01c to the resale price and all went with the car. Won't throw my $$ away again.
But I sure like looking at what everyone does to these cars. Everyone enjoys adding their own touches to personalize them. And so far, they all look great.

The Caravaggio Daytona Sport seats are superior to the factory seats (C6 and the C7 GT…I have not sat in the C7 Comp seats) in fit and finish. Super confortable and extremely supportive and large selection of options for leather, alcantara, stitching, embossing etc etc. Only regret is that I did not switch over to the Daytona Sports sooner than I did. But note…if you are a big guy need not apply… I am 5'11" 175 lbs and fit is perfect and once you get into the 200++ lb size fit will be tight.

Cost..they are not cheap but pricing was not a concern for me… I wanted to upgrade from the OEM seats that bad>>>
