The power difference is 6hp which I wouldn't notice. I have them open most of the time and I never got annoyed or had issues talking with someone or listening to the radio. It just feels healthy and right with them open.

I like the NPP's... IMHO, when they open up, I think it sounds quite ferocious...

I love mine. Get the mild to wild and you can choose the sound. I will say that I leave mine open all the time.

I have them and love them. I also have the M2W switch, but they stay open 99.9% of the time.

Default NPP mufflers

I've had them on my 09, now my 013, both convertibles, wouldn't have anything else, no drone at all, closed or open. Run them open 99.5% of the time.

Would I like them to be Louder? Yes! I leave the window down a bit to hear them better.

It's a great system. Get the Mild to Wild switch and you have quiet or loud when you want. Those that say they don't drone when open don't know what drone is. They drone when open. Get it!
