Default Interesting Stingray at the LA Auto Show

So I know a lot of guys have an issue with the front "Brace Face" of the new stingray, well today I went to the LA Auto Show and in the aftermarket/tuner area I spotted this white Stingray with some interesting front end treatment. I took several photos trying to capture the bumper with my crappy phone and lighting...what do you guys think? Disregard the ugly a$$ wheel treatment...

I like it...it reminded me of this:

And here's the rest of it:

This one came out blurry, my bad...

I kind of like it in a weird way. It looks MORE cartoonish then a stock C7 does. I wouldn't own it, but if I was 15 years old I would die for it. Problem is I'm 60.

First glance I like it, next longer look not so sure. I guess seeing it in person would help.

I like the rear all one color like that. I bet you will have that option from the factory someday.

It looks like it belongs to Justin Bieber ! It is the LA auto show .
The right demographic. I would feel and look like a fool in that car.

What the hell. The whole car is more or less cartoonish in the looks department so what's one more ugly thing on it...and you should post this in C7 section.

Not so very much. It's what they did to the rest of the car...hard to ignore fail.

the car as a whole is hideous, especially those ugly a$$ wheels...and I think that matte black roof is not working at all, but you have to use some imagination to see the full potential of that front end, imagine this:
-Silver Stingray with CF side skirts similar to ZR1 (I've seen a Stingray with them installed at SEMA and they looked good)
-CF rear diffuser
-Gunmetal concave aftermarket racing wheels
-THEN you throw on that front bumper and you'll have a good looking, balanced car as far as cosmetic composition...granted it will still be liked more by the younger crowd but at least your eyes wont bleed when you look at it! Mine made a mess at the show and people were starring...

It's hard to tell from the photos. I'm not, however, fond of the horizontal (chrome?) strip across the nose of the C7. Even though the C7 looked better in person than I thought it would the rear of the C7 still makes me wonder why. Frankly, I wish Corvette would have based the C7 on the Corvette Stingray concept car used in the Transformer movie.

A forum is precisely the place where you express your honest opinions. Use a modicum of tact and diplomacy, if necessary, and say what you think. The forum would be virtually worthless if people didn't express their opinions (both pro and con).

Man you guys are hilarious, I knew the C7 section comments would start, but I figured most of the guys over there already have or are sold on buying the C7, I know there are a lot of guys here with new GS's that are thinking of buying the C7 but on the fence because of the rear end or the brace face front...so I wanted them to see the aftermarket potential...but seems like most hate the damn thing so I probably did more damage then good glad I don't sell corvettes for a living I'd be catching a pigeon to eat in the park today instead of having thanksgiving dinner!!! Happy Thanksgiving y'all
