Mine is just short of 37K miles. I got it with 13.5K miles 4 years ago so 24K miles are ones I put on the car. Several multiple thousand mile trips on the car, about 7K track miles (earlier this year I put 700 track miles on the car in just over a week), a bunch of street miles, a bunch of autocrosses, and I let my Grandson's drive it in autocrosses and one of them took his date to the Prom in it. I buy my cars to enjoy not to save them for subsequent owners to enjoy.

I have driven ALL of my Corvette's as my daily driver. I will put around 20-25k on the car, and then get another one! They are great daily drivers!

I bought my 06 in late 2009, with 13K on it, and put it away for the winter on NOV 1 of that year.
Since then, we have taken lot's of road trips and it now has 55K on the clock, averaging about 10K per 7 months.....just barely broken in

My '12 GS just turned 9K yesterday. Bought it new in March of this year. Just took a 1400 mile trip to "The Dragon" in October.

I'm just middle-of-the-road, 2009 bought new now has 63k miles.
But since I'm retired, they are all for fun. No driving to work in this one.

We traded our 2006 when it had 44k miles, so that does put us over 100k in C6's.

2013 GS bought 6 months ago with 5 miles on the clock. Now at 11,000 with trips to MN, CO and FL. I love it. Only winter will stop me from driving it.

2009 with 28K on the clock. I rotate through several cars, and now I am working as a contractor / consultant being away from home for months at a time. I do enjoy the Corvette when I'm home.

What would be an interesting thread. People that buy the
garage queens and then start driving daily and racking up
the miles.

Like mine, 9,000 on an 06. Last 3 years driven 400 miles.
Say someone buys the car and puts 400 miles in a week.
Do those cars experience more problems, than a steady
driven car. ?????? No maintenance, keep gas at half a tank
with fuel stable in it.

Have thought about the C7 route, but drive it so little
spending $74,000 on a new vert, just let it sit in the garage.

Yes. When **** sits it goes bad and when it gets driven the issues compound. Suspension bushings are my biggest concern with vehicles that sit. They go bad just from looking at them wrong.

Default Miles driven?

When I bought my C6 my insurance agent asked me how many miles I expected to drive each year (I have two other cars). I told him 12k/year. After only a couple months, I'm seeing now I might have to call him back and double that figure.

This is great to see that others drive them, too!

Keep the stories coming!

We agree that corvettes makes our toes curl. Bought my 05 in February with 8700 it now has 25500 and I still haven't bought a winter beater yet.

I have a two car garage and only had one car, so I bought a Z06 to sit in the empty space. I can go out and look at it whenever I want. I tell people it is really fast (I really have no idea). Just got it back from the hospital. Had a headache and got that fixed, heart was going bad, so got a new one, and had developed tonsillitis, so had that fixed also. It is now back home recovering.

2012 with 30K on it. The commute is 81 miles each way, so it is shared with a Ford Focus.

There have been several other encouraging "high mileage" and "reliability" threads on this forum. I'm at 17k and it's tempting to keep this car for at least a decade. To me, it has the timeless beauty of a C2 or an early C3.

Not necessarily. It's great some people put lots of miles on their car but mileage isn't a measure of enjoyment. My car is a dedicated track car. It doesn't rack-up the mileage like a daily driver but I can guaranty it's no garage queen.
