Noise when turning steering wheel
So for the last couple of weeks I've noticed a noise that appears when turning the steering wheel. It sounds like metal grinding sort of sound. Somewhat of a quiet high pitch sound.
Will probably have the dealer take a look but was curious if anyone else ran into this and what it might be.
I've got about 78K miles on the car at this point. (06)
The sound seems like it's coming from somewhere behind the steering wheel within the dash, not something under the car or further away from the cabin.

We hope you get some insights from other owners soon, ShockwaveGT! When do you think you'll be heading in? We aren't pressuring -- just want to know so we can follow up with you to learn how everything went.
