It will never happen, but...
...if GM continued to build the C6 (with interior upgrades etc) at the same time they built C7's, and offered both, which one would have the most sales success?

HMMMMM. would have to be built on seperate lines as it is not a common chasis. But an interesting question. I like my C6, no I love my C6. But the C7 is adifferent look and is attractive also for this reason.
I think I would need the C7 to be out a year or two to answear that one.
Not the answear you are looking for but.....hard call right now

Drifting
would probably cost GM some money to keep that line open for sales.
Didnt Ford do something like that years back when they went to the newer F150 body style? If I remember they still kept/produced an earlier rendition of the late 90's body and called it a "Heritage".

Since we're talking fantasy world, I would take a C3 body style, with all the new technology.

The C7 would out pace the C6. Not that I'm buying one but the C7 is looking very interesting to me.

If Fruit of the Loom continued to make Boxers with fly upgrades at the same time they made Briefs, and offered both, which one would have the most sales success . . . . . . .

Oddly enough, the new F trucks seem to be more square than the mid-90s design.

Safety Car
not needed
no tail changes will be needed on the C7 to outsell the C6.C6 became obsolete on 9/18/13 when they started shipping C7's
