Thanks for the great review. When I'm ready I think I'll go with the Michelin's.

Did you really just saying, putting the same tires on a C6, as whats on a C7 will eliminate the performance difference between the two cars?

Looking forward to it. They are SOOOOO smooth with better traction and grip. Definitely live up to my hopes.

I have 15k miles on my non run flat Super Sports and they are around 7/32ds of tread. I'm guessing at least 30k from them. Mine are decent in the cold (5-10 degrees) as long as it is dry. 30 degrees in my part of Utah is pretty much non existent for 2 months or so.

just got them installed, only put 54 miles so far, seem better than the Firestone wide oval RF's I had before, was going to get the PS2 ZP but these were $150 cheaper......

I hope people aren't confusing the "old" Super sports(non ZP) with the "new" super sports(ZP) that are OE on the C7, and purchasing the wrong tire.

RC Trying to find these Michelin's locally, having no luck... Is (99Y) part of the code on your tires?

Thanks, Dennis

I had the regular Pilot SS on my GTO, and I assume the ZPs for the Corvette will be just as nice as those. It's one hell of a tire.

The SS ZPs are going on my Vette next year, as are the regular SSs on my Focus ST.

Yep, 99y for the rears. That's what was what I was looking for. Just got off the phone with Discount tire, they found me a pair in South Carolina. Should be here no later than Thursday...$822.70 out the door ... Hitting the drag strip Saturday to check them out.

My 5.5 year old good years still have plenty of tread, but traction is gone....
