It is a beautiful car, but I love the C6 (all of it) more.
I bought my C5 new, kept it for almost 13 years and loved it. I plan on hanging on to my C6 for many years also!
I went for a top down drive up A1A yesterday and the very first corvette I saw was a Torch Red C7. Nice to see them on the road!

Whatever corvette you have, enjoy it!

Definitely, I agree and I know that great feeling, top down in a Corvette vert!

And though, I'm not a C7 fan, I'm very happy about other Corvetters getting their C7's, and share their excitement about the performance. Afterall that's what makes a Corvette the top class sports car that it is!

I'm guessing 85-90k for the Z07. What do you think?
Not sure, but I hope that since it wont need a frame upgrade, the damage might surprise us.

I hated the non pop up lights when the C6 came out, and now I love the C6. I hope the c7 has similar results and grows on me.

I was at the Corvette's for Chip show as well and took some pics of the same car. Didn't really wow me either but I think it was due to the fact it was a base car with zero options. Had it been a car with more options specifically the Z51 package I think I would feel different about it.

When I first saw the C7 parked next to a C6 it definitely dated the C6. I have to go with all the positive performance reviews about the car so there is no question that the Stingray is in my future. That being said, I will wait a couple of model years until the bugs get worked out and the Z07 is introduced. Who knows, I may even wait 4 or 5 years until a really good deal is available on a garage queen!

In the meanwhile, I will love every mile I put on my '07 Z51 Coupe!

The wheels don't look bad.

Felt the same way. Then went out and bought a 2013 GS, very happy with it and feel as though I have one of the best looking cars on the road...........anywhere.

So? Shall we bow down to you now? I don't care about your lack of taste. Enjoy living in the past.

I really thought I would fall in love with the C7 when I saw it in person much like I did the C6, but that just wasn’t the case.

When the prices stabilize and most of the bugs get worked out, there will be one in my garage. Maybe in 2 years or so.

You guys that are trying to convince yourselves the C6 looks better or whatever reason you claim you do not want a C7 are going to have a hard time not eating those words over the next few years

Even if they like the C6 styling better, and that's OK as I like mine yet, bashing the C7 styling is so "yesterday".

I let my wife view several pics of the C7 and C6 side by side. I said nothing but what do you think of the new C7. She didn't like the exterior styling at all and went on about how ugly it was. It would be interesting to see if other women feel the same way. It really sucks because there are so many beautiful body kits for the C6 that would have made a great start for the new C7. Supervettes come to mind.
