Default Catback vs. Rear Section Exhausts.

I never thought I'd start a thread on exhausts because I thought that the topic had been exhausted! Nevertheless, I have this question:
What are the advantages/disadvantages to buying either a catback or a rear section exhaust?

Thx,
GP

$$$$ Seems to be the biggest difference.

Overaxle is just two pieces that bolt to your existing mid pipe.

Cat back includes a mid pipe that just replaces your stock piece and adds big $$ to the cost.
