GS Spoiler on Coupe
Believe it or not my dealership gave me something for free- a GS spoiler. They told me these sell for several hundred $$ on ebay. I havent verified that, but not so sure.
Anyways, I have this spoiler that has been sitting in my house for 6 months now. Have any of you all done this , and even better any photos?

Yeah they can cost a few hundred dollars and nothing is free from a dealership. You should install it cause it will look great on your car instead of sitting in your garage and they are easy to do.

Are you referring to the small spoiler with the brake light in it or a full length spoiler? If you have a Full length spoiler that was to go on a GS, it will not fit the standard body. I am also wondering why a dealership would simply give something away.

I am talking about the small spoiler with brake light. There is a subtle difference between the GS (grand sport) vs Coupe stock spoiler

The dealership gave it to me after I had to go back to have them re-attach a mud-flap , which I had installed the day before by their Service dept. It was kind an accommodation for the inconvenience.

I didn't know there was a difference in the small spoilers.

I thought the GS and Z06 spoilers were the same. I put a Z06 spoiler on my base C6 and it looks great. It is a bit taller and is a bit more flush with the deck lid before it rises. More of a lip than just a bump.

The Z06 is slightly larger overall than the coupe/vert., but nothing worth bragging about, no slight to the OP, most sell for about $100 in the for sale forum, a little more if they are painted.

I hear ya, it is a barely noticeable difference. I the full length spoilers are much better looking, but I'm saving all my $$ to get a c7!
