[PICS] New 360 Forged GT wheels installed!
Well this will turn into an introductory post, but also highlighting the new wheels and minor mods along the way...
This is my first Vette since 2008, and it's nice to be back. I bought this car to hold me over to possibly a C7 in the spring, but who knows...maybe I'll hang on to it until the C7Z appears
The car is a 2011 3LT with a 6 speed manual, with 14k miles. It strangely was missing the NPP dual mode exhaust, so I picked up a used set of B&B Bullets. I had them on my old LS2 C6, and they sound so much better on the LS3? I don't really know why.
The wheels are the new 360 Forged GT Spec 5 stepped lip concaves. They are 19x10/20x12.5 with 275/345 Invos. I lowered the car on stock bolts and cut one rib off the bushings all around. I changed out the chrome Grand Sport badges to the black/red ones from the 2012 Centennial cars, and painted the brake rotors black and calipers. I think the only other thing I plan to do is to tint the amber/red side marker lights - I can't stand the orange up front
Here are some random iPhone pics along the way:

Beautiful car.
How did you paint the brake calipers? Are those Corvette decals on the calipers? I have been wanting to paint mine red, but have held off cause the corvette lettering is not raised on the caliper, and I was not sure how to replicate it.
I have a black gs as well. Does the conv have the dry sump system? If so, how hard was it to change the right fender badge, i hear its tough when you have the dry sump system.

The convertibles don't have the dry sump system, so the badge swap is easier...but it's still a tight fit.

Absolut hank, thanks for the links. I will be purchasing and doing that next! Thanks again.
Cyber Greg, do you happen to have a link to a how to on those badges? I would imagine you have to pull back the splash shield first to get in there right? Actually, on second thought, the Apsis flares were such a pain to install and get perfect that I dont want to mess with taking them off.
Let me know if you have to remove the whole fender splash shield? Seems from reading your post that you actually were able to do them all thru the gills?
