What is a 60th Anniversary hash mark?

I think you are actually talking about a "Heritage Edition" hash mark, no?

The hash marks were offered by GM as part of the Grand Sport Heritage Edition commemorating the return of the Grand Sport nameplate in 2010. (I suppose you could think of it as a 47th Anniversary hash mark.). On the base car they do not really commemorate anything, they just look cool. Or not, depending on your tastes.
