Did the exact same thing...can't tell anything was ever on the visor. Be VERY patient and adhesive will come off without glue remover. Don't get to eager, take your time.

Remove the visors altogether. Problem solved.

It's a win-win too, cause now you don't have the visors sticking out like sore thumbs with the top down/off.

The stickers are required by law when the car is originally sold...the owner is under no obligation to leave them on...most warning labels are that way.

grabbed a wire brush from work along with some more goo gone. All the white residue is off. If you look close you can see the material is stressed a little but not bad. Not noticable unless you stare at it. All in all worth it.

I used Bissell deep clean and a small scrub brush and the glue is all gone. Was not fast & easy but it worked!

Bad news is I'm in hiding, because I also removed the tags on my pillow cases and I know the Feds are after me!

I've searched high and low for these recently, and cannot find them, does anyone know if they are still being sold?

Yea, kind of like taking off one of those "Do not remove under penalty of law" tags from your mattress

Hey, better not mess with those mattress tags: my cousin is doing 5-10 in Leavenworth for that. I know better than to take my visor stickers off too. And don't even think about blocking the orange eye level light telling you the passenger air bag status or bypassing the agree box for your GPS disclaimer.

Hail Obama and all his minions who know what's best for us all! The government and lawyers will protect us.

Well, you own a Corvette. Do you really think they're going to catch you in some eco G-car!

I bought a domed plastic stick on cover up for the visor on eBay and didn't like the look. After about 1 month I decided to remove it an guess what? It took the ugly factory sticker clean off with it with no left over glue.
