Great Dealership Service Experience This Time
I had a problem with last year when my 07 vert was damaged while in the shop at freedom Chevrolet in San Antonio and they did everything under the sun to make it right. Recently, have had the AC Control head and the actuators go out and I have to say they treated me very well. Was in twice, first for the actuators, then the head unit. Used Vehicle One extended warranty and it went very smoothly. I asked my service rep, Luis, to have the tech check the harmonic balancer since it was in. I got a call and sure enough it needed to be replaced. Luis did all the legwork quickly and had it repaired same day under extended warranty. We hear about horror stories from dealerships and I even had one with this dealer. But they made it right and really treated me well this time and was completely on top of everything. Even brought my car out detailed. Thanks Luis and Freedom Chevy in San Antonio.

Good story...it is amazing this is a rarity these days..but good to know there are some customer focused dealerships still around.
