I know i've seen that image before and recognize it as don't walk in front of car i think but that's as far as i can remember. If I had to guess an exact location i would say on top of breaker cover in the engine bay where you jumpstart the car, but i'm pretty sure i'm wrong...

Heck if I know. I'm from Southern California, and the only other place I've seen anything like that is near an immigration checkpoint (I guess it's a warning that somebody may jump out of their car and run across the road with their kids. 
). We could post it in the PR&C discussion group and I bet there'd be some interesting answers!
I get the "don't stand in front of the car while jump starting"....but I don't see how that icon communicates that message.

I have no life, and so I looked it up also. Got "Keep away from Children"
Don't play tag is a good one though. Another one I came across was "The child will lead you to safety, Do not let him" LOL
