it's the new generation. i mean, wtf do they know? guys like us who have been around a few decades know what the wave thing is all about. give them time, they'll learn.

Amen to that brother. I've gotten into the habit of flashing the brights then waving. It almost always gets a response.

that come in all ages. Over the week end I went up to Michigan. Going there and back I saw ten corvettes. I got a wave from all but one. That one was a sliver C6 with an old man that looked to be older than me and I'm 63 driving.

Sometimes it's hard to see the other driver, sun reflection window tints etc. I generally don't initiate a wave, if someone waves, I will wave back.

A lot times my hands are full; coffee, not paying attention, cigar, wife's hand/knee/ thigh etc, other hand on wheel or some combination of all. Will try to nod or smile in return. All other times I wave

A lot of drivers are just daydreaming behind the wheel & not aware of the others wave, sometimes I didn't realize it was another vette until they have passed by just to be seen in my rear view mirror. to all of those I just want to say I'm sorry,,,,!!!
