I have a problem w/my c6 'service fuel system' message that comes on every time I full up now. Also the check engine light comes on too. I always use 91 octane and the message disappears after I drive for a short while. Any help will do before I go to the dealer and get soaked. The car has 62k miles.
Thanks

The fuel sending units could have some deposits built-up on them...run a 20-oz. bottle of Techron through
the full-tank (maybe through two tanks) and see if that helps. If you can get 93 octane, use that.

91-93 won't matter, it's built to handle 91+ since some have 91,2,3,4

Agree to run a fuel system cleaner on next fill up.
