Flashing climate control display...

Flashing climate control display...
Today I took a ride. The climate control display started flashing. Everything worked OK. Shut the Car down for five minutes. Started up, the display was normal. Am I on my way to the Dealer?

don't know, but just a thread on here for I think '05. had to replace just the hvac display. alllgedly easy. I'll try to find it. and paste.
