It's very oily and messy....I wasn't a fan at all.
I do like their ICE line a lot though, for an over-the-counter product. Most everything in that lineup compares well against boutique items, but you're paying boutique prices, so it should. You just get the convenience of picking it up locally. The soap and detail spray are amazing.

i have the black detailer spray. not as easy wiping as typical detailer spray, just not as slippery.
the result is a deep black/dark finish, but not necessarily shiny like typical detailer spray.
typical detailer spray is better for quick dusting and making it shiny, while the black detailer makes it look blacker like a black hole kind of a feel

I tried that Meguires black wax and didn't like it as much as the NXT 2.0 for my "Black Beauty" it has some kind of media in it,when you rub it in your fingers you can feel it and it goes on like toothpaste. I haven't tried the Turtle wax black box yet.

I tried the TW black detailer & hated it for the reasons listed in this thread, 9 bucks wasted.
I ended up getting CQuartz finest applied to the car, now I'm done with the "hard work".
No more waxing (I never applied wax to my car in the 9 months I've had it as I've had my detailer take care of the car) or polishing, just wash & use detail spray as needed.
