New Ride!
Well I finally did it and got my first Corvette!! 2013 GS 3LT .I had to trade in my 2012 Challenger Yellow Jacket but I have been wanting to get a convertable Corvette since my first ride in my uncles 72 when I was 10 years old. Been raining here in Iowa for what seems like ever. I spent last two days with a clay bar and then put a good coat of wax on her. Sun came out for a few hours today so I took her for a spin. I love this car!!

Congratulations and welcome to the forum !! I fell in love with an aunts car ( a 25th Silver Aniversary) when I was about 12 and have been hooked ever since.

What a beautiful car! You made a fine choice.
When I bought my new GS last August, I was also looking at Challengers. I still think that's an awesome product, but they only wanted to give me a $2000 discount on a $51,000 car. Choosing the Corvette was easy once I saw the discounts that were available.
I'm sure I would have loved the Challenger, but there's noting like a Vette - this is my fourth.
Enjoy your new convertible - especially now that we've finally gotten some nice weather!
