I've been playing around some more with the laser cutter and lighting. This is the latest design I came up with. You can customize the discs however you want. Drill a hole drop in wire to f55 and done.

I thought about making one solid plate for the whole bottom but I am not sure that'll be as functional as the 2 singles. They also dim with factory dimmer or you can just close the cup holder lid to avoid all light emmited if you don't want to see them.

Like this design, how would it work in place of the regular style we have been talking about with multi color and footwell lights?

I'll pass. Too much of a distraction, as well as completely hideous.

eh, let me look into it and get back to you. I may be able to do it but it may have to be made with a bit thicker material

If you're married your wife will love them. If you're not married the woman that see them will love them... Not all mods I do on my car are for me

No offense Andrew I've seen you come up with some cool products but this isn't one of them in my opinion. Looks like overkill if you ask me. Now that being said I'm still sure you will see a bunch of them.

I generally make these for higher end vehicles of other brands but had a few corvette owners ask me to make them for theirs and they loved them so I figured I'd show them here. Corvette owners are different than others so I don't show all the ideas I have here due to that.

I actually liked the look until I saw the pic showing how it lights up a plastic water bottle. Maybe if it was more of a subdued light. I know you said it would be controlled by the dimmer, but I wouldn't think that would be enough (at least on a C6).

they fit any vehicle. Install is drop drill a hole and run wire to shift indicator light. Seal back side with some RTV and drop disc in and done.

those are a different style for the rear cup holders on a Raptor truck. Those have the lights in the bottom and are in a diffused material.
