Default Couldn't resist the end of C6 deals

Well, I just couldn't resist the end of the C6 deals that were out there. Traded my c5 vert in on a 2013 Grand Sport coupe. 4LT, NPP, MSRC six speed. Already did the mild-2-wild and CAGS fuse. I have to say, I am very impressed with the interior quality on the 4LT, and the stereo is a dramatic improvement over the C5 (and earlier C6s that I test drove). My biggest problem at this point is going to be making it through the 500 mile break-in without hammering it.

The dealer I worked with was absolutely great (Huffines Chevrolet in Lewisville, TX). No pressure, they worked very hard to make the deal happen, and went the extra mile. Anybody in the Dallas area looking for one should check them out. I ended up getting about $12K off, not quite as good as some of the deals I've seen from forum vendors, but it was local and I didn't have to wait for delivery. Got a very fair deal on my trade as well.

Congrats!

We just bought another C6 two weeks ago. 2012 GS.

Not entirely in love with the C7, so probably not getting one for a few years. In the meantime, my advice for members like me is get the C6 while there are smoking deals out there!

Congrats, The C6 still looks amazing, I don't think it will look dated for a long time.

When they first came out with the heritage stripes, I didn't really care for them and said I'd never get a car with them. When I saw the Silver GS with the Cyber Gray stripes it completely changed my mind.

Not entirely in love with the C7
I agree. I had just seen the C7 in person at the Lone Star even on Saturday. Don't get me wrong, overall I like the C7, especially in the vert. But I would have had to wait until at least a second year car (just can't do a first year, too big of a chance for problems), and I wanted another coupe so I could enjoy drag racing and road course track days again without having to do a roll bar. In another 2-4 years I may get rid of my 335i and get a C7 vert to replace it and keep the GS as well. That would be a nice choice to have to make every morning for what to drive.

Congratulations -- beautiful car and good deal. i think its refreshing to hear a buyer say "got a fair deal" rather than worrying about being a better deal than the next guy. ENJOY!

I here ya, the C6 GS is a very cool looking ride! Last Sept. I pull the trigger from Tim at Broadwalk and got a whopping $18, 350.00 off MSRP plus 0%, 2LT Vert GS. I like fat tires and the C7 tires are skinner.Congrats on your new ride, looks GREAT!!!
