Default Curious on perceived value of my vehicle

I don't know where to post this but I need to sell my car to buy a house but I don't know where to start with price. If this is the wrong section could a mod move it please?

Here we go

2008 Chevrolet Corvette 57000 miles. Automatic 6spd w Paddle Shift. This car is black on black with many tasteful modifications. I do daily drive this car when the weather is nice so mileage is subject to change. Oil changed with synthetic every 2500 miles at Moran Chevrolet. The car makes 500~ horsepower to the crank and 416RWHP (Mustang Dyno).

2008 Corvette
LS3 Engine
1 7/8 American Racing Headers
3in Catless xpipe
B&B Bullet Exhaust
Airraid Cold Air Intake
Painted Z06 Rims
Glass Roof
OEM ZR1 Spoiler
Black Tail&side marker covers
New Front & Rear Tires
Upgraded Slotted & Drilled Rotors w Ceramic Brakes
Z06 Front Bumper (Stock available)
20% Tint w Warranty
Dyno Tune @ Vector Motorsports

Car has never been to a race track or drag strip. Will show one accident. Someone had kicked the back of my car in the parking lot and broke the tail light and scuffed the paint. No other damage. Some paint chips on front TKO bumper from DDing other bumper is flawless.

Any idea where to begin?

Unless you find the perfect buyer, those mods are like adding a swimming pool in your backyard. They will not bump the price up.

I would say with the year and miles you should be around 29k. You didn't mention what options I.e. 3lt or 1lt?

Good time of year to sell. And prices are higher in some areas.

Asking price? $32k/obo. Might take some time to find the right buyer.

Actual sale price probably upper $20k's.

If it was a manual, probably 25-26k with a clean record. that's you'd probably get so ask 28k or so? Not sure where that puts autos. i've scoped out a ton of manuals over the past week. Clean 08 with 20k miles is about 30-32, depending on options (manual). Not sure if that helps or not.

I just ran Edmunds numbers to be sure but I believe you are quite a ways off with these.

Yeah, seems some people are pegging it very low others are very high. I honestly wouldn't expect to sell if for 32k I think in my area its a good starting point if I don't want a quicker sale. 29 seems ideal and go from there

appreciate all this insight guys!

Pricing is critical. If you price it to high people will not even respond to your ad thinking you want to much and will not be willing to sell for fair market value.
With that in mind, try pricing it at 29,900 and going from there.
