Thanks for the quick reply Steve!

??????? Done or not?

Yesterday at 4:41 PM you posted that the install was done and "sound is awesome" .

Then today at 1:33 AM you ask about how to cut and weld the mufflers in?

Which is it?

Heh...mufflers are in, but hitting the rear frame, causing a pretty good vibration at resonance. Need to move them about a 1/4 inch forward to get them off the frame.

Just a followup...We cut about a 1 and a 1/2" off the muffler pipe on each side. Now plenty of clearance and no more vibration in the car.

Having driven it a bit now...do I get more performance? Well..You know the old adage..if the car is clean, and it sounds good, it is *always* faster..right? Heh.

Th sound I have now is perfect..no drone on the highway, Sounds good when I accelerate, and really gets everyone's attention when I hit it hard.

Oh...and..of course..now that it sounds like a thoroughbred, it handles like one too! (Like it didn't before......)
