I have been lurking here for the past few weeks trying to absorb as much of the good info you guys offer as I could. Figured it was time to say hello and thank everyone for all the tips, tricks and advice they so freely give to us new people. I decided to take a break from building classics / hot rods / sand cars to enjoy a change of pace for a while. Thanks again for all your help and hope to see some of you around.
Thank You very much, I am very proud of it. Going to enjoy it this summer and formulate a plan of mods I would like to complete. Sure do want a wide body kit or one of the Supervette Kits eventually though. Those are tough items to come by for a low budget military guy though......lol
Currently in Depoe Bay until the Military places me elsewhere, nice area but will not ever miss the rain or crap winters.
Yeah, it's been so long that I had almost forgot about the western Oregon winters. I went in the Air Force when I was 21 and went to work 4 years later in Southern California in the military/aero space industry as an Electronic Tech. 40 years later I retired in Arizona. The military was what got me away from the farm in rural Oregon.
