I'm considering going with a front bra for my GS. I've had experience with those vinyl/leather bras on other cars and I know they can be a real bear to fit the first time such that you're afraid to take them off! And the Sport Lingerie doesn't really match my color and thus, imho, ends up looking terrible (again in my color only). For those of you who have had experience with these "stretch bras" I'd appreciate either a thumbs up or thumbs down and, if a thumbs up, what color you went with (Black, Silver, Blue) and what color your car is.

I have a black one on my yellow Z and I love it.
Easy to put on or off.

I've had a silver one on my GS for over a 1 1/2 years and there is nothing on the front end it still looks like it did the day I picked it up. Give C5 Creations a call. The make it for base, GS, Z06 or Zr1.

I've got a silver one on my GS.......easy on and off...washable...but probably not as good as the vinyl for rock chip protection...use mine for traveling in the summer during bug season...

I've not tried one of these, & considered them b/c of all the spring bugs, but I'd be concerned with road grit getting trapped under the cover & abrading the clearcoat...-just my .02

Would never even consider it. Go with the 3M clear bra, new, better technology. Oh, and worth it!

I got a price to clear bra the front up to the hood. I think I could have the front end repainted for.........
So I am thinking for the streatch bra also.

I wonder what the Torch Red version looks like. I'd consider this if I can figure where my front license plate bracket will fit through.

I'm not sure. It looks similar in that the narrow body version has no cut out for the grill while the wide body version is open at the grill area. The ones I've seen are only available in LeMans Blue, Machine Silver and Black. Personally I wouldn't get a stretch bra as it looks like the engine is trying to suck it into the intake. I would go with Speed Lingerie Bra (that does have a front plate option) or clear bra with top flight reproductions mount.

Yeah, I was think that the widebody version has the front cut out. I can't tell who manufactures this (or these versions).

I have a XPEL clear film scheduled for the front, I'm looking for something I can throw on for longer drives and take off in a minute or two.

I have the black one, 5 minutes setup. I wish the female part of the snap would come in black. You must remove four plugs on ether side of the wheel well and replace with the chrome like snaps, with the bra off they are exposed and very noticeable (of course ).

And no problem stretching over the front plate.

Terrible looking, might do the job and easy on and off but ugly is ugly.

I have a blue one for my 06 LMB w/o wide body nose and a black one for my CRM 427. I only use them for long road trips. I like that they are compact and store in the rear cargo bin.

I've seen Corvettes with this bra off, and the snaps are very noticeable

I have a black one that I use on trips. My car is Night Race Blue Metallic. On a recent trip (New Orleans to Helen, GA, and back - 1200 miles) I had the bra installed when I hit a piece of rubber in the road - the car in front of me kicked it up. It struck the front lip of my GS. When we got to our destination I removed the bra and found no damage, not even a scratch. Car stayed clean - no bugs. Used it several times and never had any dirt or grit trapped between it and the paint.

Got my bra from WCC. Great price & fast service.

Thank You Budgreen and TallyHo. I did note the requirement that buttons be installed around the wheel well and was concerned about how those would look. If they are as noticeable as you say then that is a non-starter for me. I think I'll go with the clear bra protectant film.
