Some a/h keyed my vet today
Went to Carls Jr in Mojave, Ca today, ate burger, come out look on rear section of car, 2 inch not a scratch now, gouged to the fiberglass!!! That SOB!!! Must have used his key. I was so upset, man why these jerks do this? Aw well that's my rant.

Some people do not know how to control their jealousy, and blindly strike out at those who have more or better than they do. Look at it this way; now you get to have a freshly painted body panel with no rock chips, scratches, or other damage. Sorry to hear about the asshat though.
I almost wish someone would key my front bumper and hood so I can get them painted for a fraction of the actual cost....

Bummer, hate when people are jealous of what you have, hope someone down the road does the same to them.
Sorry.
Sorry.

If I go to an establishment where "car jealousy" might be an issue (like a fast food restaurant), you better believe I sit in a spot where I have full view of my car!

My wife knows that if we are in the Vette or Camaro and stop at a fast food joint, she's standing in line to get our food while I sit in a spot where I can keep an eye on it. OP: Sorry this happened to you.

Those kind of people just have this look about them. You see them admiring your ride, then all the sudden they reach into their pocket and out comes pure evil. This is why I don't let my car out of sight. Sorry for your loss, I can only hope it can be repaired so you don't notice the damage.

We even sit where we can watch the Silverado... Don't need people screwing with any of our rides....

Whomever did it is a socialpath bordering on psychopath. Lacks empathy for others and enjoys hurting them. Unfortunately people like this are everywhere. More so in powerful positions at work or government. I feel for you. Sorry it happened.

You know what? This works both ways. About 5-6 years ago, my wife and I stopped at a Cracker Barrel to eat, and there was a Vette parked by itself, even though the lot was crowded. Since my GMC was brand new, plus I owned a Vette, and knew how frustrating it is to come out of a restaurant, and have a chip in your door, I thought I would help out the Vette owner, as well as myself. The Vette was parked in an end spot, so I parked on the other side of him, to keep someone from getting too close to him. I parked so far away, that if both our doors were opened, they still would not touch. When I came out, he was gone, and my GMC was keyed. I guess he was outraged that I had parked within a football field of his Vette, and decided to extract some revenge, when all I was trying to do was help a fellow Vette owner. I guess no good deed goes unpunished. There are buttholes driving all kinds of vehicles out there, even Vettes.

Last week at work I had my ZR1 out and a Viper parked 1 spot away like all the "nice" car owners do out in the last row of our business parking lot. We have way more spots than employees so nobody ever parks in the last row expect people who want that extra space and don't mind walking a little further to the building. By lunch time, an econobox parked between us instead of one of the other 100-200 empty spots. It's a little annoying, but if there's no damage it doesn't deserve anything more than an eyeroll.
