Just curious how many people on here live around me. I live in Anderson, work in Greenville. I am looking for a good mechanic that knows what he's doing with Corvettes, mine is a '13 GS. I do oil changes myself and I could probably do the work on the brakes, but I don't have the knowledge or the tools to do much more than that. I would really like to avoid going to a dealership, looking for an experienced mechanic.

I have a friend down in Charleston who is a certified Porsche mechanic and he could probably do just about anything that needed to be done, but driving/towing all the way to Charleston probably won't be an option every time I need something done.

I live in the area (north of Spartanburg) in the summer, but I don't know any Corvette mechanics (good or bad) for the simple reason that nothing has gone wrong with my car (an 09).

We're not terribly far away, located in Mooresville, NC. All we do is late model GM performance, about half of which are corvettes. Let us know if we can help!

Greenville SC ... I go to Cobb Tire on Wade Hampton. I have 6 cars - 3 vettes (64, 03,10) - he does them all. Family owned business - good mechanics. careful and courteous ... I should get a fleet discount.
