As for me, I've had 3 generations including a C2 (327/350, 4-speed); C5 (Electron Blue 6-speed) and a C6 (2009 Z51 A6 Crystal Red metallic). I've loved them all...

Only 2 generations -- C1 (57 and 58) and C6 (09). All purchased new by me. The 57 didn't hold up well -- it turned itself upside down and wrapped itself around a tree which had jumped out into the road! The 58 was an excellent car, had it three years and put 70K miles on it, sold it for half of what I paid for it. The 09 has only 20K miles, will probably last longer than I will!

Second Date: 1978 Indy Pacer, cried when it drove away. brought it back from a barn find.

Then my heart stopped with the 95 C4.

Now its pounding to get on the road with my new2me 2010 GS. Winter in Upstate NY equals no driving)
