Passenger Side Floor Mat Hook Off Center

Passenger Side Floor Mat Hook Off Center
I just bought a 2013 GS, and went to put the floor mats in today.
Noticed on the passenger side the floor matt hook is off by about 1 inch, its not a big deal with the stock mat, its just tilted, but I want to get the Lloyds matt and I have a feeling they wont work since they are much tighter fitting. Anyone run into this, and what could I do to fix it?

I did the measurement thats on southerncarparts website, and my hook doesn't match either of the two measurements on there (9.5" or 8.25") from the side. Mine is 9", which leads me to believe its in the wrong place.

Can someone measure the distance from the loop on the floor mat to the right edge of the floor mat on the passenger side floor mat. I want to see if the dealer just gave me the wrong mats, or if it is indeed a problem with the hook being installed in the wrong location. Thanks

Thanks, cO lightfoot, thats the first thing I checked was the measurements compared to that website.
I went ahead and just ordered the lloyds floor mats, I will make them work, apparently I can take out the hook and just cut the carpet carefully and put it in the right place, if indeed its off. I just think like someone mentioned earlier that they gave me the old style mats for my late year 2013 GS.
Thanks for everyone who helped. I appreciated the quick responses and help.

Or did you buy used? Used car prep places don't pay any attention to what happens to mats or key fobs they just throw everything into a pile.

Bill your right. I should get the correct ones. I bought the car on a Saturday night so the parts dept was closed already. I had to go back Monday to get the floor mats so they probably just grabbed the wrong ones. I'll talk to my sales man but at this point I already ordered the Lloyd's mats which are much nicer and if I ever sell the car id sell it with those mats.
