Default 2009 C6 Baseline and Tune

First post on the forums here with my recently purchased 2009 C6 4LT Coupe. The car has just over 55k miles and is the second corvette I have owned, the first being a 1990 C4. I decided to have a baseline dyno and tune after I installed the Airaid intake today. Big thanks to RPM Motorsports of NC for helping me out with the tune.

Baseline Hp: 375
Baseline Torque: 379

It was running very rich so we had a lot to gain with A/F ratio.

Tuned Hp: 410
Tuned Torque: 403

Car is bone stock other than the intake.

Nice! I have a club dyno day next week & a tune scheduled shorty thereafter.
This gives me an idea of what my 13 will put down for #'s.
My 1st dyno wil be bone stock, including the intake.

Automatic or Manual transmission? With the baseline numbers, I'm assuming auto.

Its a manual. Seemed about typical for what I have seen. I thought the auto cars dyno quite a bit lower than this for baseline...?

35hp from a tune? do you think that air raid had much to do with this or would a re-tune of a stock be close to that?

The baseline is actually not a true baseline as it was done with the intake installed. I gained the full 35 from just the tune. Wish I had done the baseline without the intake but didn't have the time. I was the last car of the day.

I would assume my numbers would not be nearly as good without the intake installed but I really have no proof.

Seems like pretty good gains throughout your curve.

Were your baseline/final values "corrected" at all? How much did you pay for your basic tune?

I don't think either were corrected but if so, they both were. The tune was $350 but all future mod tunes are free with $75 dyno fee. That was the kicker for me since it will get headers and cam in the future.
