front license plate bracket
I just bought my 2005c-6 coupe. Im in missouri and im supposed to have a front license plate on the car. I am not going to drill the body. Anyone have any ideas about a bracket?

Several available that don't require drilling...I'm "supposed" to have one too, and I do, it's just not mounted on the front (I keep it in a storage box in the back until "I can get a new bracket").

Missourian also. I have mine mounted on the front fascia above the intake grille using double sided sticky pads.
You could probably get away without a front plate if you keep it in the car and tell a little white lie about "waiting on a part from Chevrolet."

Top flight has the best one out there.... a little pricey but I've bought 2 for each of my C6's.... I always bitch about the price but end up getting them.... do a quick search and you'll find them... enjoy....

Two plate state as well. I went with a billet mount that uses front fascia bolts and cantilevers out from the grill opening. No drilling, no tape, no mess. If Texas ever changes to a single plate I'll be ready with easy removal.

I bought two dollars in parts from Home Depot to make my own bracket - stuck it on with 3M industrial strength two sided tape
the two brackets are at the top - double sided tape is holding it to the car and same for the bottom of the plate

I'll sell you the never-used OEM bracket that came with my 09 C6.

Missourian here I've been lucky so far with not running a front plate for the past 15 & 1/2 years with a C5 and now a C6. Some of my Corvette buddies have not been so lucky though and got nailed.
If I suddenly start racking up tickets though, I'll go with the Top Flight bracket.
I do run the front plate on my 56 and 64 and my DD, but they were designed to have a plant plate, unlike the C6.

Go with the Top Flight bracket, it is worth the price. Mine has been on the front of my car since 2008, no problems. Don't forget to buy the color matched license plate frames, front and rear!

Top Flight Reproductions is the way too go. If you can spend the $s on a Vette, you should be able to do same with a product like this..IMO.
