Torch, there is an exception (me) to every rule. Born and raised in Los Angeles, business in Palm Springs for 20 years, sold it and retired to Minnesota eight years ago. If you marry a Minnesota girl, be advised that they are much like "HOMING PIGEONS".

April 22nd and we're in another winter storm warning till Tuesday morning. Another 5 to 9 inches expected..
I cant ever remember a spring like this...

In a late breaking announcement today, the National Weather Service made a surprising forecast: " Due to the protracted winter-like conditions seemingly locked in over Minnesota, Spring, Summer & Fall will be held simultaneously this year in the Gopher State - all in July".
