I have always wondered the same thing. The only place I know of is the Gift shop at the Corvette Museum.

Check with the museum they set up at Corvette Shows all over the country. They had a truck load of stuff at Vettes doing Charleston last spring. The Museum and Factory Tour is worth the trip to Kentucky.

Mid America is in Effingham, IL and has a small museum of their own; so it's worth going out of your way a bit. If you are looking for something specific, phone ahead to be sure they have it in stock in your size.
The National Corvette Museum is certainly worth a trip from Wisconsin, even if you don't buy anything in their store.
Both places have websites, so you can do your preliminary shoppping from home.

They were at the Mystic Lake all Corvette show in Shakopee MN the last two years. Not sure how far from you that is, but it might be a nice little road trip this summer.
