Cleaning/Conditioning Perforated Leather Seats and Dash/Door panels on a C-6
What do you recommend I use to clean/condition the leather seats with perforations on a C-6. Its a pain to get the conditionor out of the leather holes after the treatment?
Also, what do you use to clean the dash and door panels?

With the one exception (mistake) of using a leather cleaner/conditioner product, I've only used a damp rag mostly and occasionally spray a little Windex if I want it real clean. The car's a DD with over 100K, just so you know it gets more than simple dust from sitting in the garage.

That what I use on the leather in my car.
For the plastic and vinyl I clean with a very dilute solution of Simple Green general purpose cleaner, and rinse with water. This is followed with a treatment of 303 protectant.
If there are really stubborn dirt or stains on the leather or plastic , I use the GM foaming upholstery cleaner. If it is used on the leather I immediately follow with a leather conditioner (Lexol) as it can take the oils out of the leather....but cleans REALLY well. My car is also a year round daily driver with 149,000 miles on it, so it does get dirty....but still looks new.

There may be value in cleaning the leather with an appropriate leather cleaner, but it continues to amaze me that people put leather conditioner on their Corvette's seats and say how well it works. You might as well put it on a Formica counter for all the good it does on coated leather. I suppose it might soften your hands.

I like Ice Interior cleaner. No streaks and smells great.
