My torch C5 was Lucy as in Lucille Ball............some may remember her. Alwauys funny, always made you smile.
My 13 Night Race Blue GS with black rims.........Cindy. Got her 2 months ago and after a too long time sealing the deal drove home in the dark and stopped for dinner. As I looked out in the parking lot told the wife.......... the car looks sinister and it does. So Cindy is short for sinister.

When I read the title, I thought for a second and decided I don't really have one but I call my 55 American Grafitti replica car the beast.
Then I recalled a conversation I had with my 5 year old daughter. It was January 2012 and I was waiting for my Centennial Callaway GS vert 6 speed to arrive by the middle of February. As I stepped into my garage, my daughter asked me where I was going. I jokingly said I'm going to the moon. She replied, Daddy you can't go to the moon, you don't have a rocket ship! Well, after seeing the you tube video of America still builds rockets, without skipping a beat I replied, daddy's rocket ship gets delivered in just a few weeks. So now, rocket ship it is.

Growing up my cousin and I both dreamed of owing vettes. We are both females and our male cousins would laugh and tell us Corvettes were "boy" cars. When Prince came out with the song Little Red Corvette, I couldn't believe an artist actually made a song about my favorite car (stupid me). I was finally able to buy my dream car 4 years ago. When I saw her, I fell in love with the color (magnetic red) first and then the car so she's.....LTL RED.

"Snookie" because she's a bad mannered, ill behaving *****.
My previous car was a yellow Honda S2000 that I referred to as "Buttercup" mostly because my wife was not happy with me when I came home with it completely unannounced and giving it a name annoyed her even more. My Corvette is appreciated even less by my significant other and while I refer to her as "Snookie" my wife refers to it as "The Silver Bullet" and says it's the first car I've owned that makes her want to take out additional life insurance on me.

Never named it nor my boat, motorcycles, etc. BUT my wife calls it "your car" as in what are you buying now for your car/where are you going, out to your car?, etc.

My kids called my JSB "Blue Car".. (they are 3 & 4 years old.. well.. the 8 year old too). My wife refuses to acknowledge its existence. But, for me, if I had to give her a name.. it would be "Evette".
