Actually came out ahead, the new GS was cheaper than my 2011 Coupe. Only downside, was the new car was washed on the lot by someone that swirled, and scratched the hell out of it. Looks like I'll have to compound, polish, etc, to get it right. But she only had 5 miles on the ticker, and it aint nothing I can't buff out.
Basic black is beautiful, especially without gaudy chrome wheels. Enjoy driving a true sports car that tests your skills and involves you in driving rather than an automatic torque converter car in which you are only a passenger pointing it down the road. Yahoo!

Hey man, I have gaudy chrome wheels
To the OP, congrats on the new ride. Nice garage too!
Congrats! Can't go wrong when you come out ahead! Swirls, shmirls..... You'll get it looking great again. Congrats!!
Thanks. Yeah, I paid less for the 2013 GS brand new, than I did for my 2011 Coupe brand new. And it feels so good to be connected to a manual trans again.

This is actually my 4th C6. I had a 2008 Coupe in manual, traded that for a 08 Z06. I drove the Z for two years, and traded it for a Camaro SS. After kicking myself for buying the Camaro, I traded it for the SSB Coupe, in automatic. I kicked myself too long for buying the auto, and when I found this GS, I didn't need my arm twisted
Since I was 16 (44 now), I've driven manuals, the 2011 Coupe was my first auto, and it left me feeling disconnected from the car.
