gloss......matte or flat scratch just as easy & always look dirty (I've really tried to talk myself into liking black wheels many times but it just ain't happening ). IMO

I don't like the contrast between a gloss wheel and the tire. I think it matches up better with a satin or matte finish. Even on a gloss black painted car. If you look at mcandrew67's pic you can see what I'm talking about. The wheel and tire color match up rather nicely.

As for the Gloss versus Black, I found looking at pictures that the gloss tends to reflect a lot and you lose the definition, if you look at my pic you can really see the definition on the wheel spokes.
It's all about personal preference, we all have different tastes, and then there's people like idontknowjack with no taste at all along with no class. But thats who he is on here and we all know it.

No went through an outside vendor. I don't think any vendors stock them they are all made to order. I was quoted 6 weeks and took a little less.
