Default My Cray Hawks finally showed up!

So my 2013 Hawks FINALLY got here. I don't have them mounted yet because they arrived before my tires did (going to see 3 or 4 different tire sizes so I can get the lowered spacing/wheel look just right).

I am NOT happy with the center caps, which are silver, considering the wheel is black and the lips are chrome. Who thought of using silver for the center on a black wheel with chrome lips? For the most part they look as good as I've envisioned, although I wish there was a 4" lip instead of only 3"...

Might send the centers back and ask for black. Great looking wheels otherwise.

More proof that great looking Vette wheels don't have to cost a fortune.

Well done.

If I could make a request, could you take a picture of the backside/mounting pad of one wheel ?

I was really torn about getting these in gloss black/chrome or matte black. Now I have to say I'm happy I bought this style. They accentuate the little chrome accents on my Vette (logos, headlights, etc) and provide nice contrast between the wheels, tires, and body. Boy...just realized my cellphone can take some poor quality pics! Sorry!!

So what ties front and back did you go with? Did you lower the car at all? By the way I like the look. Nice job.

(I agree with you that the center caps are out of place)

Looks good. Maybe I missed it somewhere in the thread...what sizes are you running front and rear? 19/19 ? or 19/20 ?

I think I saw black centers with C 6 logo. You may want to look there. I know they're out there

I just ordered the chrome for my Arctic White, judging yours they should look awesome!

Good luck with them!

Thanks...I went with 285/30ZR20's for the rear and 265/30ZR19's in front. I have an estimate to get it lowered but have not done it yet; hopefully take care of that in the next week or two. She already scrapes coming in/out of my driveway but I think I can squeeze another inch out of her before I hear anything other than that pesky "chin" music.

My front passenger wheel went flat yesterday. No debris/objects in the tire so the tire shop tightened the valve stem and TPMS stem. Strange part was that my sensor was still reading 30psi as I sat on the side of the road with a flat?
