Cyber Gray or Night Race Blue
Two 3LT Grand Sports, identically optioned and extremely well priced. One is Cyber Gray, the other Night Race Blue, both with transparent tops. I absolutely cannot decide between the two, liking both colors equally, for slightly different reasons.
What are your feelings about these colors and what they bring to the wide body Corvette? I want to buy this coming Monday.
Thanks

You like both colors so you cannot go wrong. I chose Cyber Grey and I ordered the car. If I were to order again I would still choose Cyber Grey. If you were to choose NRB you would think that was the right choice. It's a win/win.

I can't speak to the Cyber Gray. I have a NRB. I love the color but my sanity has suffered since buying it in late November. If you have even the slightest hint of OCD it will drive you nuts! Equivalent to a black car to me. Looks awesome when pristine (first hour after detail). Any other time, not so much. I have purchased a lot of detail spray and good microfiber towels since November....many coats of Zaino too. It collects dust sitting in the garage overnight. I will wipe it down at night and when the garage door goes up in the morning and the light hits it, the layer of dust causes me to wipe it down again.
I had a silver 08 and I would wipe it down every third day or so. No anuerism when the garage door went up daily either!
The NRB shows everything, to me, the finish looks cloudy when it isn't absolutely clean. I would still get it again, but it does require some work to keep looking good compared to other colors I suppose "good" is subjective though. I get comments on it from others even when it is dirty to me.

Both are excellent colors. IMO the Cyber Gray is the richer color of the two. I've previously had a CG coupe and was very, very pleased with it. I would also say CG is an easy color to maintain. Do both cars have the same interior color?
Nevertheless, if I were choosing between the two colors today, I would get the Night Race Blue for two reason. The first and most important to me reason is that the NRB is a one year color on the C6 versus CG has been available since '09. So Cyber Gray is in its 5th year of production, and 4th year on the Grand Sport since the GS start in '10. My chances of being at a show or passing another GS on the road in NRB are very small. My second reason is just a me reason for choosing NRB and that is I've had CG before, so I would tend to get something different.
