That 990HD is looking pretty tempting...

I'd like to know more about the "app mode" with Android.

After skimming through the pdf I got the impression that in order to use the browser or youtube app that you would have to register a DNN account, which costs $60/2yrs. Is that correct? That would seem sort of silly since you would already be supplying the internet connection through your phone or mobile hotspot

if you go and double check the wording
it says the first 2 years are included. After the first two years is when the 60.00 fee comes into play

A 2 year subscription is included with the purchase of a DNN receiver
$60 for 2 years of service after initial subscription expires

I'd buy one of these just to use the back up camera feature. Are the Garmin GPS's on these like the factory units where the vehicle has to be stopped to program or are they like a store bought Garmin you can program on the go. (Of course the passanger would do it and not the driver while in motion)

you can bypass these to adjust nav while in motion
you can also watch a video with bypass as well- not that I am recommending this

All they have to do now is release the cables that will route Nav to the Hud, any update on that?

NAV to hud will not happen once we get harness
only song info
GM directional software on Corvette is different than what Garmin and Kenwood can pair with for all other current GM vehicles
