Trunk Area Lights
I hadn't noticed this until thursday. In my 06 coupe my friend was looking for my phone charger which I had tossed over into the back, it was dark so he ask me to turn on the light. I hit the interior lights but nothing in the trunk area. Had to pull over to find my charger. Do the trunk area lights only come on when the hatch is open? or is there a way to turn them on?

I had similar problems finding small objects at night in our trunk. Installing a Cashmere color Lloyds trunk mat looks better (IMHO), and makes it easier to find small stuff. Also, the Lloyds mat has a rubber backing; if I'm going to be hauling something that might be slightly dirty or damp, I flip the mat over so the rubber side is up.
